This policy covers masonlink.io’s waitlist page only. Mason is pre-launch — this page collects contact information from people who want early access, and nothing else.

What we collect

When you join the waitlist, we collect:

• Your name and email address (required)
• Your answer to a short question about how Mason’s approval step should work, and, optionally, which part of your week you’d most want automated
• Optional details you choose to provide: agency name, role, primary line of business, number of producers, state, and current AMS/CRM

We do not collect any health information, date of birth, tobacco use, or insurance-eligibility data on this form — it is a business waitlist, not a coverage application.

How we use it

To contact you about early access to Mason, understand who’s interested and what they need most, and shape the first cohort of the product. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising targeting outside of confirming ad-platform policy compliance where applicable.

Where it’s stored

Your information is stored in our database (Supabase, a SOC 2-audited infrastructure provider) and is accessible only to the Mason team.

How long we keep it

We keep waitlist information until early access opens and you either join or ask us to remove it, or until you request deletion — whichever comes first.

Your choices

Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. To have your information deleted at any time, email us at team@masonlink.io and we’ll remove it within a reasonable timeframe.
